About Frank

Frank is President of the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association and a community activist, professional workforce planner and environmental advocate who is committed to working hard to make sure San Francisco advances to meet your needs. Frank is passionate about the things that matter to you: safe streets, housing affordability, reliable public transit and a healthy thriving environment.

He loves our city and is very involved leading the community and addressing some of the major problems we face. His belief in community started early in life and continued as he served as Community Development Director with the Peace Corps in Tunisia, North Africa.

Frank believes in the power of community and the strength that comes when people are empowered and involved, that's why he is seeking an opportunity to serve you on the DCCC. As Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association President, a member of Save the Castro, the Castro Leadership team, KidSafeSF and SlowStreets leadership teams, he’s been working to make sure you are heard and listened to.

As a workforce planning strategist, Frank will bring the skills, knowledge and understanding to the DCCC that will ensure San Francisco’s future leaders help move our great city forward and really address the challenges and fulfill the opportunities right here in San Francisco.

Frank is committed to bridging a future where affordable housing, safer streets, a thriving environment and a strong education system are what we focus on. Businesses thrive and our city reflects the beauty of the Bay.

Your safety is paramount. It's time to prioritize public safety over politics. Frank stands for accountability, safe streets, and protection for all, regardless of social, ethnic, or identity group. Strengthening public safety teams, enhancing mental health services, and fostering community engagement are essential for building safer neighborhoods where everyone feels secure. Frank has helped lead the way through positive interactions with the community, public safety services and local leaders and he’ll hold future leaders accountable.

Building Homes, Elevating lives

Working to assure San Francisco voices are heard, Frank led the way in his community by immediately getting involved in the city's Housing Element and Rezoning, creating working relationships with politicians and city agency leads.

Opening opportunity for community engagements, assured concerns, ideas and voices were heard before decisions were made. Keeping the community engaged assures communities are elevated.

Environmental Protection

In the community, Frank has been on the forefront empowering environmental activism, to assure that success includes diverse voices and concerns and building success for all San Francisco residents.

Tirelessly working to foster awareness and accountability, Frank has built strong community and governmental relationships to assure work gets done: promoting expansion of green spaces and inclusive access to our public spaces, and supporting a community committed to a sustainable future. These efforts crucial for creating a more sustainable future for all the residents of the city.
